AFFILIATIONS
Who Are they?
Any local group for people with disabilities or carers who agree with the aims of the Association can affiliate to H.A.D. free of charge. Two representatives of each group can be elected by its members and they have full voting rights at meetings. The number of local groups that have chosen to affiliate to H.A.D. has greatly expanded over the years from 36 in April 1994 to 72 groups in February 2006.
